HARTLEY, Piercey - 75, of Monmouth Junction, died Wednesday, April 4, 2001 at his residence. Born in Winterton, Newfoundland, he was a resident of Monmouth Junction for 50 years. He was employed by IBM in Dayton as a machinist for over 25 years. He was a past master of Hightstown Apollo Lodge #41 F.A.M., a member of Crescent Temple A.A.O.M.N.S. and a member of Scottish Rite, Valley of Trenton. Husband of the late Elenora. He is survived by two daughters: Anna E. Piercey of Monmouth Junction, and Norma D. Johnson (Colin) of Winter Park, FL; one brother Peter Piercey (Barbara) of Vancouver; two sisters: Leah Andrews of Mount Pearl and Eva Piercey of Winterton, Nfld.; three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. A funeral service is planned for Monday, April 9, 2001 in Monmouth Junction, NJ.

Predeceased by her husband John (1983); infant daughter Bridget; and brothers James and Domonic Power. Left to mourn her passing, son James (Hannah), Mt. Pearl; daughters: Eileen, Foxtrap, Anastasia (Bruce Power), Toronto, Ont., and Catherine (Clarence Doyle), Labrador City; two step-sons: Patrick, Caplin Cove and Thomas, Low Point.
