Harry G. Stringer, Regimental # 970779, served Jun 1940 to Jun 1945. Combat duty in England, France, Belgium, Holland and Germany. Awarded Bronze Oak Leaf. Mentioned in Dispatches Gordon was born 18 Mar 1915, St. John's Newfoundland, son of Jabez Stringer and Adelaide Way. He married Alice Scurry. Died 4 Apr 1967.
