Harry Bray Young Regt # 3207 (Donated by Brenda Young) | Harry was born Feb 1900. He joined the Royal Newfoundland Regt as a Private in World War I. He served with honour but was disabled. Pte Young suffered severe gunshot wounds to the right arm and chest at the Battle of Steenbech, Belgium, Flanders, 19 August 1917. He was honourably discharged on 30 September 1918. Pte Harry Bray Young was born in Feb, 1900 and died at the age of 72 years. |
