Sidney Hayward Wiseman Royal Newfoundland Navy # 2212X

Sidney Hayward Wiseman, Newfoundland Navy, service number 2212X Born at Sulian's Cove, Little Bay Islands, May 7, 1899. The youngest child of Frederick George and Elizabeth (Parsons) Wiseman. Sidney returned to Little Bay Islands, married Ethel Wellon of Ladle Cove in 1922 and raised a family of six. He was part owner of the schooner "James Strong" and the business "Ethel Wiseman and Company" Sidney passed away October 25, 1981 at the age of 82.
