Jacob Miller of Joe Batt’s Arm.
He is the 5th man from the right in the front row [he’s sitting with his legs straight out and crossed at the ankles].
He served in the Newfoundland Naval Reserve and trained on the HMS Calypso in 1912-1913.

He is the one seated in a CEF uniform.
