Edward Taylor Janes Regt # 1704

| Edward was born in Pilleys Island, Notre Dame Bay. He enlisted 4 July 1915 as a private in the Royal Newfoundland Regiment. He was wounded at Beaumont Hamel, France, 1 Jul 1916. Edward was crippled and unfit for duty - Medical Discharge 11 April 1917. |
