Newfoundland Military Infectious Services Hospital, St. John's
Contracted measles and then pneaumonia.
"Funeral under direction of Undertaker Oak"
Conducted by Captain Clayton
Firing party and CLB Band attended.
Burial: C of E Cemetery, St. John's
Quote from Church Register:

"Died in St. John's while training with H.M. Army" Honor Roll
Memorial Plaque sent to father.
