James Cooper was born 1st June 1895 St. John's, NL.
Baptised 3rd June 1895 St John's, St Patrick's Church by Rev or Father Edmund Crook
Military Service 2 Sept 1914 to 7 Dec 1918 in the Royal Newfoundland Regiment. Finishing as a Lewis Machine Gun Instructer
Gas Stoker 1922 -1960. Died 30 Jan 1981.

James and Margaret had a daughter, Gladys, who died from meningitis at age 16 years. They also had a son, John, who died 19th Jan 1988, age 67.
