Newfoundland 1945 Census
for Newfoundland and Labrador
Listed by District
If any you have or are willing to transcribe
any additional communities for inclusion please e-mail
Don Tate
don@ngb.chebucto.org
We are hoping to have all of the remaining communities available
for transcribing by the end of February. Those of you who may be interested
in helping to transcribe these records for posting on the NGB Genealogy
Site can contact us by clicking below.
NOTE:
This District has been re-arranged to agree with the actual census
records. The Districts noted below are as they are set up in the original
Census. Communities are shown as being in the District where they were
placed by the Census Enumerators. Individuals are shown in the community
where they were listed by the Enumerators. As always there may have
been mistakes in spelling of surnames by the enumerators and they have
been posted as spelled by the enumerator on the original pages. District
names, as well as the names of the communities have been spelled and
posted as published in the original census
