Will of Paul Young from Newfoundland will books volume 14 page 473 probate year 1929

In re     DECEASED.
PAUL YOUNG.

This is the last will and testament of me Paul Young of Petries, Bay of Islands in the District of ST. George made this the twenty eight day of December in the year of Our Lord 1927. I hereby revoke all wills made by me at any time heretofore.

  1. I appoint James Barry to be my Executor and direct that all my Debts and funeral expenses shall be paid as soon as convenient after my decease.
  2. I will desire and bequeath unto my wife Mary Ellen Young my dwelling house with all its household effects of every description, also house or houses under rent and any other properties that I am possessed of at my decease. Also all the monies to my credit in the Bank of Montreal Curling so long as she retain her present name, in other words should she get married again. The properties herein expressed together with unexpended monies shall revert unto my two sons Emmanuel Young and William Young, and if she retain her present name the properties herein described with money unexpended shall revert to my son aforesaid.
  3. I will and desire that the foregoing sections of this my will be carried out as herein expressed.

In witness whereof I hereunto set my hand this 30th day of December Signed by the said Paul Young the testator in the presence of us present at the same time who in his presence and in the presence of each other subscribed our names as witnesses.
