      The last Will & testament of Louis Young 76 Hayward Avenue     I the undersigned to hereby will the House & Property 76 Hayward Avenue to Louis Young son of William Thomas Young in case of death before he comes of age it passes to his father the house & property.
No 40 Belvidere Street to Ethel Young daughter of Drusilla & William Young, the house & property no 81 Long’s Hill to be in the hands of Wm. Thomas Young, the house & property No 40 Hayward Avenue to be in the hands of Wm Thomas Young.    The money in the N.F. Savings Bank to be divided as follows: - one Hundred Dollars to my brother Benjamin Young. One Hundred Dollars to Wm.
