     SARAH EVILLE WORRALL.     DECEASED.

This is the last Will and Testament of me, Sarah Eville Worrall of St. John's, Widow,
First I desire that my just debts and funeral and testamentary expenses shall be paid out of my estate -
Second I appoint my daughter, Mabel Worrall Sole executrix of this my will and
Third I give, devise and bequeath to my two unmarried daughters, Mabel and Ellen Geraldine my leasehold interest in the property No. 73 Springdale St and in and to all other property, estate and effects of every kind, of which I shall die possessed, dated this thirtieth October, Nineteen hundred and twenty-one.
