Will of James Worrall In re This is the last Will and Testament of me, James Worrall of the City of St. John's Newfoundland Draper. My will is, first, that my just debts and funeral expenses be paid by my executors hereinafter named, and the residue and remainder of my real and personal property which shall not be required for such purpose together with my dwelling house and appurtenances, including my household furniture and effects, I give and devise to my beloved wife Sarah Eville Trapnell Worrall. And
I do nominate and appoint In
testimony whereof, I, the testator, have hereunto set my hand this 4th day
of JAMES WORRALL. Signed Published and declared by the said James Worrall to be his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who in his presence at his request in presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names.
