Will of Jonathan Woolridge from Newfoundland will books volume 14 page 224 probate year 1928

In re            DECEASED.
JONATHAN WOOLRIDGE.

This is the last will and testament of me, Jonathan Woolridge of Trinity Harbor, South, fisherman etc etc.
which I do make publish and declare as follows, being of sound mind and disposing memory.
Hereby revoking and annulling all other wills by me made, and in consideration of the great affection I bear to my grandson Reuben Churchill I do give and bequeath unto him, the said Reuben Churchill my dwelling house, stable, store house, and fishing room, together with all gardens, meadows, fields and uncleared lands to me belonging; and also all goods, house furniture, beds and beddings with all my estate real and personal I give and bequeath unto him the said Reuben Churchill and his heirs, male, for ever, And I do hereby appoint him the said Reuben Churchill to be sole executor to my said estate.

Signed acknowledged and declared by the said Jonathan Woolridge as and for his last will and testament, the same having first read over and explained, in the presence of us, who being present at the same time, in his presence at his request, and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our as witnesses this third day of June A.D one thousand eight hundred ninety.
