Jessie Wood late of St. John's
Widow, deceased.

A.
Feby 28 1899. My wishes with regard to any money or property which I hope will be regarded in case I do not make a will. The money in Savings Bank & Hardings Estate both of which Geo Clift has the management of to go to my brother C. N. Clift also my Gas Co shares my furniture most of which I have marked with "W" can be sold to liquidate my debts. All my silver & plate to Frederica a list of wh or most of it I enclose my garnet ring with pearls & ruby to Florence Mildred My cameo broach to Fanny Wright watch & chain four large Chair Blue & red bowl in the drawing room to Aggie Clift Cornelius ring E. Frazer. Jessie Wood. Feb. 28 1899.

(B) My wishes with regard to any little money I may have are that my brother C. N. Clift is to have the benefit of during his lifetime viz "Hardings Estate" which Gus Clift "manages for me the money in the Savings Bank" and the "Gas shares"
At his death I leave "Hardings Estate" to Frederica's children Dorothy & Vera Hayward. The Gas shares to Mildred if she is not married, if she is the said shares are for the children Dorothy & Vera Hayward Any money in Montreal Bank to Frederica.
