Will of Mary Elizabeth Wiseman from Newfoundland will books volume 14 page 120 probate year 1927

In re
      MARY ELIZABETH WISEMAN.       DECEASED.

This is the last will and testament of me, Mary Elizabeth Wiseman of 50 Hayward Avenue, St. John's, Newfoundland, Widow.
I revoke all former wills and declare this to be my last will and testament.
I appoint my sons John and Archibald Wiseman executors of this my will.
I bequeath to my son John my house situate at 50 Hayward Avenue and to my son Archibald my house at 48 Hayward Avenue provided that my sons John and Archibald shall pay each one hundred and fifty dollars making a total of three hundred dollars which shall be divided equally between my daughters Florence and Mary Jane and my grandson Franklyn Wiseman.
Witness my hand at St. John's this 26th day of October 1923.
MARY ELIZABETH WISEMAN.
Signed published and declared by the testatrix in our presence who in her presence and the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses:
