Last will and testament
of John Winter
of St. John's Doctor of Medicine Deceased
.

This is the last will and testament of me John Winter of St. John's Doctor of Medicine. I bequeath to my sister in law Mary Crawford the sum of ten pounds per annum during her life to be secured by my executors in such manner as they shall deem best. Subject to said annuity I bequeath the whole of my estate real and personal and of what nature and kind soever and wherever situate firstly to my dear wife Amelia Winter to hold the same and the rents issues and profits therefrom for her support and maintenance during her life. And upon her death I desire that the same and also the amount set apart to provide the said annuity when the said annuity shall cease shall go to my dear niece Isabella Amelia Winter (daughter of my brother George Winter for her sole separate and absolute use and support And I nominate my said wife Amelia and my friend the Honourable Stephen Rendall and Henry Cooke Esquire Executrix and executors of this my last will. I revoke all former wills and codicils heretofore made by me. Witness my hand at St. John's this first day of April A.D. 1885. John Winter. Signed and delivered by the said testator as and for his last will and testament in presence of J. L. Winter Marion Winter.
I certify the foregoing to be a correct copy of the last will and testament of John Winter deceased.
