Will of Joseph Winsor from Newfoundland will books volume 14 page 283 probate year 1928

In re       DECEASED.
      JOSEPH WINSOR.

I Joseph Winsor of Triton NFLD. Being of sound mind memory & understanding do make my last will & testament in the manner & form following.
First I give & bequeat to my daughter Melena Chub the sum of 400.00 four hundred dollars in Gold.
Second I give & bequeat to my Nephew Grandson Wesley George Winsor the sum of 125.00 one hundred and twenty five dollars loaned him last year also a place for the errection of a stage & flake on my land on the far side of my son Elis house.
Thirdly I give and bequeat to my sister Mrs John Williams the sum of 10.00 ten dollars.
Fourth I give and bequeat to the Salvation Army the sum of 10.00 ten dollars toward the erection of a new hall.
Fifth I give and bequeat with my sons Eli R & Mark my business and business premises & all my property what so ever it may consist of & wheresoever the same shall be at my death. To be equally divided among them share and share alike. And if the business is continued it shall be carried on under the name & Style as hitherfore namely Joseph Winsor.
Sixth I hereby appoint my son executor of this my last will & testament.
In witness whereof I Joseph Winsor the testator have to this my last will and testament set my hand and my seal. This fifth day of June nineteen hundred and twenty six.
Signed Sealed published and delivered by the above named Joseph Winsor as and for his last will & testament as in the presence of us who have hereunto subscribed our names at his request as witness thereto in the presence of each other.
