Last will and Testament of
John J. Winsor of St. John’s
Master Mariner deceased

      This is the last will and Testament of me John Jennings Winsor of St. John’s Newfoundland Master Mariner. I give devise and bequeath unto my beloved wife Elvina Winsor all and singular my property of every description of which I shall die possessed both real and personal To hold the same and every part thereof for and unto her sole and separate use and benefit forever I hereby revoke all other and former wills by me at any time made and do declare this to be my last will and testament -
I appoint my said wife Elvina Winsor sole Executrix of this my last will (sgd) John J. Winsor. Signed published and declared by the said testator John Jennings Winsor as and for his last will and Testament in the presence of us the subscribers on this twenty ninth day of January A.D. eighteen hundred and eighty We the subscribers having signed our names hereto in the presence of the said testator and of each other on the said date as such witnesses.
