Will of Charles Winsor Last Will and Testament of This is the last will and Testament of me Charles Winsor of Tilt Cove in the Northern District of Newfoundland Planter. I give divise and bequeath unto my wife Elizabeth Winsor my real property consisting of the Dwelling house now in my occupancy, the dwelling house occupied by Thomas Pynn Those stores and one stage situate at Tilt Cove aforesaid to be my wifes during her life, and after her death the said property is to belong absolutely to my grandchild John Albert Pynn son of Thomas and Fanny Pynn. I appoint my said wife and Abel Adams of Tilt Cove Merchant to be executrix and executor of this my will. (Sgd) Charles his X mark Winsor. Signed Published and declared by the said Testator as and for his last will and Testament in our presence who at his request in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses this 21st day of December 1889 (having been first read over and explained to the said Charles Winsor) (sgd) H.
