Will of John Thomas Tapley Wills Last Will and Testament of I John Thomas Tapley Wills now residing in the City of St. John's in the Island of Newfoundland by occupation a plumber being of sound mind after due consideration and deliberation do make this document my last will and Testament. I give bequeath and devise unto my son James Richard Furneaux Wills all my personal property and Real Estate whether in my own name or my deceased wife's name Mary Wills. To have and To hold the same for his maintenance during his natural life and after his demise to be leased for the maintenance of my son Samuel Edward Wills provided he lives a single life, and does not marry, in which case if he does marry all my personal property and real estate to be sold or divided into equal shares, or parts, and each of my sons and daughters to receive their proportionate share of the net proceeds or parts thereof. And I do appoint Frank Corbin Wills my son and Ellis Cornish Watson and Andrew K. Lumsden my son-in-law my executors to carry out my wishes in every respect. In witness whereof I John Thomas Tapley Wills have hereunto set my hand and seal.
