Will of Philip Williams In re This is the last will and Testament of Philip Williams Planter of Bay Bulls. I hereby give devise, and bequeath to Jeremiah Williams son of the Late Alexander Williams to be put in possession of after my wifes death. My Dwelling House and all it contains Store, Barn, Cattle implements and all the land around the Dwelling House and Barn, that piece of land known as James Williams garden also that piece of land known as Thomas Driscolls plantation at the back of the House the Fishing Room and all the money I may have in the Savings Bank at St. John’s at the time of my death. I will and bequeath the money I may have in the Bank of Montreal St. John’s at the time of my death to the following I bequeath two hundred dollars to the R. C. Church Bay Bulls. I bequeath two hundred dollars to the Parish Priest of Bay Bulls for Masses for my wife and self. Whatsoever money remains in the Bank of Montreal after all my expenses are paid. I will half to my wife if alive, and if not her portion to be divided equally between the Rev Mother of Witless Bay Convent, and the Rev Mother of Belvedere Convent St. John’s. the other half to be divided equally between Austin Williams, Urban Williams, Kate Williams Smith, Mary Sarah Scott Albertta Williams; and I hereby appoint Joseph F. Williams to be sole Executor of this my will. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this 14th day of May one thousand nine hundred and eight Philip Williams Signed by the said Philip Williams in the presence of us, present at the same time who in his presence, and in the presence of each other, attest and subscribe our names as witnesses hereto Dr. Humbert A. Geovanneth Frederick J. Williams Certified correct, (Listed in the margin next to this will the following)
