Martin Williams.

This is the last will and testament of me Martin Williams Bay Bulls.
I bequeath this house and out houses and the land their on to my wife Ann Williams untill after her death bound by Joseph Williams on the west side and by Ambrose Hearn and Joseph Gothral on the front, and by the two roads going to the graveyard. Until- And I then bequeath this house and outhouses to adopted child John O'Driscoll of Mathew and 30 feet down from the front of the house and strait across from the fence on the N. east side six feet across the drain and up to the bridge crossing the road. And the ground below Jack O'Driscoll she can sell it if she want to support my wife Ann Williams.
