Will of John Williams In re Carbonear April 24th 1902. In the name of the holy trinity three persons and one god i John Williams of carbonear in Newfoundland having two Daughters Dorcas and Martha Ann to Martha Ann the youngest i bequeath and leave all my earthly possessions at Carbonear except my bed and that is for Edna youngest daughter of Dorcas my eldest Daughter and if Dorcas my eldest Daughter should be in need of a home Martha Ann my youngest Daughter if able is not to see her without one. the property on the Labrador is to be left standing as it has been this forty years this is the last will and testament of me John William this 24th of April one thousand nine hundred and two John Williams his mark x whitness James Stokes Reuben Pike of Wm. Certified correct, (Listed in the margin next to this will the following)
