Last Will and Testament of
John Williams of Harbor Grace
Watchmaker deceased.

      I John Williams residing at Harvey Street, Harbour Grace, being of sound mind, but conscious that God may soon call me out of this world, do make this my last will & Testament. I hereby bequeath my house & all the property contained in it, together with the garden and land attached, my lawful property & now in my possession, to be equally divided between my two children William and Miriam Williams. As witness my hand & seal this fifteenth day of September in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred & eighty nine.
