Will of John Williams Last Will and Testament of I John Williams residing at Harvey Street, Harbour Grace, being of sound mind, but conscious that God may soon call me out of this world, do make this my last will & Testament. I hereby bequeath my house & all the property contained in it, together with the garden and land attached, my lawful property & now in my possession, to be equally divided between my two children William and Miriam Williams. As witness my hand & seal this fifteenth day of September in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred & eighty nine. (Sgd) John Williams (LS) witnesses to the above signature, this having been read over in his presence & explained. (Sgd) John M. Noel. (Sgd) James Bush x his mark I certify the foregoing to be a correct copy of the last will and Testament of John Williams deceased D.
