(From FHL Film #2070901 Newfoundland Supreme Court Wills 1929-1932)

This is the last Will and Testament of me, Johannah Williams of Bay Bulls, in the electoral district of Ferryland, widow, hereby revoking all wills, Testaments or Codicils by me at any time heretofore made. I devise and bequeath all my estate real and personal to my executor and trustee hereinafter named, in trust for the following purposes. To pay my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses and thereafter in trust to dispose of and convey the same as thereafter state.
(1) To convey to my daughter-in-law Mrs Catherine Williams widow of Patrick Cleary Williams deceased the house in which I now live and all the lands connected therewith, and the buildings and erections thereon.
To convey to her also a piece or parcel of land about seven acres situated near the St. John's road and known as "The Farm" together with a piece of land situated on the western side of Long Pond.
To convey to my said daughter-in-law my interest in a cod-trap at Bay Bulls, consisting of a one fourth share. To convey also to her all my personal belongings which may be in my possession at the time of my death.
(2) To convey to my grandson Edward J. Williams that piece or parcel of land situated on or near the St. John's road and known as "Coady's Place".
(3) To convey to my son Aidan J. Williams the land known as "Williams Ground" also situated on the St. John's road. To also give to my son Aidan J. Williams the right to the use of the cellar, situated near the dwelling house.
(4) To convey my share and interest in the water side premises at Bay Bulls, equally between my two grandsons, Edward J. Williams and Lawrence Williams.
I nominate and appoint Frederick J. Williams of Bay Bulls Planter, Executor of this my last will and testament.
In witness whereof I subscribe these present, as printed and written this 8th day of October A.D. 1928.

Signed published and declared by the said Testatrix as her last will and testament in the presence of us both present at the same time, who in her presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto set and subscribed our names as witnesses.
