Will of James Williams In re The last Will and Testament of James Williams of Woody Island in the District of Placentia and St. Mary’s Newfoundland. I James Williams, hereby give, devise and bequeath the whole of my personal property to be divided in equal proportions, between my wife Mary Ann Williams, and my adopted son James Williams Marshall, and upon the death of my wife Mary Ann Williams the whole of my property is to go to James William Marshall I hereby appoint James Williams Marshall to be the sole executor of this my will.
