Will of Patrick W. Wiley from Newfoundland will books volume 5 page 697 probate year 1892 Last will and testament of This is the last will and testament of me Patrick W. Wiley at present of St. John's Newfoundland and lately of Geelong Australia, Gentleman. I give devise and bequeath unto my mother Ellen Wiley all my real and personal property whatsoever and wheresoever situate to hold the same during her life time. After the death of the said Ellen Wiley I give devise and bequeath the said property unto my sisters namely Mary Wiley, Elizabeth Wiley, Catherine Jewer, wife of William Jewer, Ellen Wiley and to my brother Robert Wiley share and share alike. I appoint Robert Wiley Draper sole executor of this my last will and testament. Dated at St. John's aforesaid this eighth day of March A.D. 1892 (sgd) P. W. Wiley Signed by the said testator in the presence of us, who in the presence of each other and in the presence of the said testator hereto subscribe our names as witnesses. (Sgd) F. J.
