Will of William A. Wilcox In re I, William A. Wilcox of Brigus in the Electoral District of Port-de-Grave Newfoundland Planter, do make and ordain this my last will and Testament namely: I give and bequeath to my beloved wife Emmie Wilcox my interest in the land and Dwelling House in which I now live, and all my household furniture and effects therein; also my interest in share of store situate on the Quay facing the Pond my share of Farm situate at Cupids Pond together with meadow near James Fardys, and my share in Battery and Quay properties; also my Fishing Room, stage and other property situate at Batteau, Labrador including three Cod Traps three Boats, and everything else owned by me, together with all Life Insurance monies. The before mentioned properties being left to my said wife Emmie Wilcox for the support of herself and my children, she will be at liberty to sell the whole or any part thereof for their support, if required, or should she decide to leave Brigus, that may not have been previously disposed of at the time of my decease. I hereby nominate and appoint my wife Emmie Wilcox sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament In witness whereof I hereunto set my hand at Brigus aforesaid this First day of April in the year of our Lord one Thousand nine Hundred and ten. William A. Wilcox Signed, published and declared by the said testator William A Wilcox as and for his last will and Testament in the presence of us who have subscribed our names as witnesses thereto in the presence of the said Testator, John M. Wilcox Jabez P. Thompson Certified correct, (Listed in the margin next to this will the following)
