Will of John Wilcox Last Will and Testament of This is the last will and Testament of me John
Wilcox Magistrate made by me on the 21st day of June 1894.
Revoking all others by me heretofore made & declare this to be my only
last will and Testament. I give and bequeath all my money, securities for money & whatever
I may die possessed of to wife Margaret Wilcox for her use
during her life time and at her decease to be given or divided by her among
her surviving children in equal parts & in such way as she may deem it
advisable for their & families
interest, knowing she will exercise a wise discretion in doing so for their
families interest. I hereby appoint the said Margaret Wilcox sole
executrix of this my last will and testament witness my hand & seal at
Brigus this 21st day of June 1894. (Sgd) John Wilcox J. P. Witness (sgd) John
