In re
ELLEN WICKHAM.
DECEASED.
I Ellen Wickham, As my last Will and Testimony do Will and bequeath to my
daughter Annie Sutton all my interest in those two houses situated on Longs
Hill Number 121 and 119 to have and to hold as her own forever And also my
share of the late Patrick Wickhams property situated in Freshwater
And also the use of House thereon untill after her (Annie Suttons) Death and
then it will go to my Grandson at her option James O'Neil. I also will to the
same James O'Neill my Bedstead together with bed and Bedding, Also my chest
of drawers for his own personal use. I also will to my Daughter Annie Sutton one small Mahogany Table and one Work Box to my Granddaughter Annie Sutton. The Clock and whatever other furniture I leave for the use of the house and
my Grandchildren I also will if another O'Neil still continues the use of the
house Stable and Grounds at Freshwater He will have to pay an annual rental
of Thirty Dollars per year. This money to go for Masses for the souls of the
following Patrick and Catherine Wickham, James, Martin, and Ellen Wickham And
I also authorize my Daughter Annie Sutton to see this money payed half yearly
to the Parish Priest of the Cathedral of St. John's for this purpose I also
will to my daughter-in-law Catherine Wickham one cow for the support of her
and children I also appoint my daughter Annie Sutton as my Executrix This I
give as my last Will and Testimony this 15th day of August in the year of our
Lord 1901
