ANN WHITTLE.

I, Ann Whittle of Channel in the district of Burgeo & LaPoile Newfoundland being of sound mind & memory do make & publish this my last will and testament in manner & form following, that is to say:-

1. I give devise and bequeath to Ellen Gaulton wife of Thomas Gaulton my property consisting of house & land and furniture & other goods except what is herein specified.
2. I give devise and bequeath to Susy Currie daughter of Thomas & Annie Currie Rose Blanche my bed & bedclothes.
3. I hereby appoint Thomas Gaulton sole executor of this my last will and testament.

Signed by the testatrix in our presence and at the same time declared by her to be her last will and testament, who in her presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto set our hands as witnesses thereof this ninth day of September in the year of Our Lord one thousand nine hundred and twenty seven.
