Will of Mary Whitten Last Will and Testament of This is the last will and Testament of me Mary
Whitten being of sound mind, memory and understanding.
Lastly I hereby appoint Dr. William Hogan my sole executor. In witness whereof I have subscribed my hand this seventeenth day of April in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and ninety four. (Sgd) Mary Whitten. Signed in presence of (sgd) Pat Farrell (sgd) Richard Hayden. (Sgd) T. F. Walsh Codicil. I hereby make and ordain the following alterations as a codicil to my last will and Testament hereinbefore mentioned dated the 17th day of April last past. I hereby revoke the bequest made therein of Two hundred dollars in favour of Rose Hogan daughter of John Hogan and in lieu thereof I give and bequeath her the said Rose Hogan the sum of one hundred dollars. I also give and bequeath to my niece Martha Sheehan the sum of Two hundred dollars in addition to the aforesaid bequest of Two hundred dollars named in my said last will and Testament In witness whereof I have subscribed and set my hand this first day of June in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and ninety four. (Sgd) Mary Whitten. Signed in presence of (sgd) Patrick Farrell. (Sgd) Thomas F. Walsh. I certify the foregoing to be a correct copy of the last will and Testament and Codicil of Mary Whitten deceased Registrar (Listed in the margin next to this will the following)
