In re
SAMUEL WHITE.
DECEASED.
I Samuel White of Bay Roberts in the Dominion of Newfoundland, Farmer, hereby
revoke all former will and testamentary dispositions made by me and declare
this to be my last will and testament.
I give devise and bequeath to my wife Lavinia White all my property Estate
and Effects of every description whatsoever of which I may die possessed and
after my decease and that of my wife's Lavinia White the Property Estate and
Effects to become the property of my son James F. White. I hereby appoint my
wife Lavinia White to be my Executrix of this my last will and testament.
In Witness whereof I have hereunto my hand subscribed at Bay Roberts in the
Dominion of Newfoundland this 19th day of August Anno Domini one thousand nine
hundred and eighteen.
SAMUEL WHITE.
Signed / Published and declared by the testator as his last will and testament
in the presence of us who in his presence at his request and the presence of
each other have hereunto our names subscribed as witnesses.
