Will of Esther White from Newfoundland will books volume 15 page 41 probate year 1929 In re DECEASED. THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT of me Esther White of st. John's widow. I revoke all former wills by me at any time made, and I appoint my daughter Marguerite Timmons the executrix of this my will I give and bequeath to my said daughter for her own use absolutely all the property of whatsoever kind I may die possessed. IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto subscribed my hand at St. John's this fourth day of May, Anno Domini, one thousand nine hundred and twenty two.
SIGNED PUBLISHED AND DECLARED by the testatrix as and for her last will and testament, in the presence of us, both being present at the same time, who at her request and in the presence of each other have signed our names as witnesses attesting the due execution hereof. (The same having been first read over and explained to the testatrix who appeared perfectly to understand the same and who signed the same by making her mark hereto.)
