Will of Charles White, from Newfoundland will books volume 15 pages 335 & 336 probate year 1931

Charles White.
I, Charles White, being of sound mind and memory do make this my last will and testament in manner and form as follows:-
(1) I give and bequeath unto my son Reginald C. White my money deposited as follows, Royal Bank of Canada No. W. 354, Bank of Montreal No. 165-48, in the Bank of Nova Scotia No 1418.
(2) To my step son Paul Moores money deposited in the Bank of Nova Scotia No 690.
(3) I give and devise unto my step son Paul Moores my dwelling house situate at Twillingate South and all furniture therein except hereinafter provided.
(4) to daughter-in-law Winifred White the furniture in the spare room. To my daughter in law Ethel S. Moores the furniture in my bedroom.
(5) Should my son Reginald C. White decide at any future date to live in Twillingate the garden known as the upper or inside garden is to his and any of my books that he wishes is to be his and any one piece of furniture that he wishes on the lower flat in my dwelling house.
(6) My gold watch is to be the property of the oldest daughter of my son Reginald any money that I may have in my dwelling or safe at my decease is to be equally divided between my two daughters-in-law already mentioned.
(7) The furniture in my bedroom is to be the property of my daughter in-law Ethel B. Moores.
All the rest residue and remainder of my property real & personal I give devise and bequeath to my son and step-son.
Lastly. I hereby appoint and constitute my son Reginald C. White and my step-son Paul Moores executers of this my last will and testament. hereby revoking all other wills heretofore by me made.
In witness whereof I hereunto subscribe my hand this 19th day of February A.D. 1929.

Codicil:
I Charles White J. P. of twillingate in the district of twillingate do make and declare this to be a codicil to my last will, which will bears date the 19th day of February 1929. Whereas I have in and by my said will given and bequeathed unto my son Reginald C. White monies deposited in the Bank of Montreal #165-48. Now I do hereby revoke my said will so far as it related to the said legacy to the said Reginald C. White and do hereby give and bequeath unto my step-son Paul Moores the sum of Five Hundred Dollars $500.00 from the said legacy for his own absolute use. And in all other respects I confirm my said will.
