      This is the last will and Testament of me Alfred White Hearts Content Newfoundland I give, devise and bequeath unto my son Corbet White now residing at St. John’s my dwelling house together with the outhouses and all land unto me now belonging absolutely, my feather bed I give, devise and bequeath unto my Grandson George Underhay     Witnesses my hand this twelfth day of March one thousand nine hundred and eight    Alfred his x mark White     Signed by the said Alfred White (mark sworn) who in our presence made his mark to the above signature, we being witnesses W. Charles White    Catherine Budden
