This is an understanding that I am leaving for Peter Whelan for fear of anything might happen me. There is no other person has any claim on this property beach, house but him. The upper part of the meadow aback of Peddles Ground, I am giving that piece to Michael Whelan with that property that Mr. Tobin has. Also 15 acres at River Head I am leaving Peter.
