Will of Alice Whelan In re This is the last Will and testament of me, Alice Whelan, of St. John’s West, Married Woman, made by me on this the 13th day of September A.D. 1924. I give to my husband James Whelan all my property goods & chattels and whatsoever I possess & make him Executor of this my Will. ALICE X WHELAN Signed and declared by the testatrix (by making her mark) to be her
last Will in presence of us who in her presence and in the presence
