Will of William S. Whealan from Newfoundland will books volume 5 page 443 probate year 1889. The last will and Testament This is the last will and Testament of me William Whealan of St. John's; I give devise and beneath to my wife Sarah Whealan all and every my household furniture and also all and every sum and sums of money which may be found in my house, or due to me at the time of my decease. And all and every other my estate and effects both real and personal unto the said Sarah Whealan to and for her own use and benefit absolutely. In witness whereof I the said William Whealan have to this my last will and testament set my hand this thirty first day of April, in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and eighty eight. W. S. Whealan. Signed by the Testator and acknowledged in the presence of us present at the same time and subscribed by us in the presence of the said Testator and of each other Chief Clerk and Registrar
