      Birchy Cove Feby. 29^th 1908 In the event of anything happening to cause my death I George Webber do hereby leave a statement of my affairs viz

I also owe Ayre & Sons a balance about $50.00 & a Bal. of $23.00 on Cooperage etc & I also appoint Father Sears and Wm. K. Angwin of Bay of Islands to be my executor & to see that my wife & children are protected     In the event of any casualty happening me - my wish is that the Drug Business be Continued under my wifes supervision & that my son George, be educated & taught the Drug business to which he may succeed & continue same - no land to be either sold or leased except to Bona fide & respectable Class of People - none of the Hobs Class to be allowed to get a footing on the property Signed George Webber
