Will of Charles Webber In re I Charles Webber of the town of Harbor Grace in the Island of Newfoundland do make this my last will and testament. First It is my will that my just debts and all charges be paid out of my Estate First I give and devise all the residue of my estate. Consisting of Land erections thereon and all contained in same and all monies to Bessie Webber, my wife to be to her and to her heirs forever I appoint and make the said Bessie Webber Executrix of this my last will and testament Signed and sealed the fifth day of July A.D. 1906 Charles Webber (LS) Signed by the Testator in presence of each of us, and at the same time declared by him to us as his last will and testament witness our hands this fifth day of July A.D. 1906.
