Will of Robert James Weay In re I Robert James Weay on this 9th day of June in the year of our Lord One thousand nine hundred and Nine, and at the same time being in health, and possessed with a sane mind bequeath to my wife and children an equal portion of all my possessions after my death. My wife shall forfeit all claims should she marry again. This my Will and Testament made on the aforesaid date June 9th 1909 Signed ) E. J. Wornell Alice Weay I, Robert J.
