Will of Rev. William Weaver Last will and Testament of This is the last will of me William Weaver. Missionary of the Straits of Belle Isle in the Diocese of Newfoundland. I give bequeath and devise all my estate and effects real and personal and everything over which I have the power of disposition by will unto my wife Chatfield Julia Seager so long as she remains a widow should she marry she shall still retain one third of the aforesaid and the remaining two thirds shall be devoted to the education of my son William Charles Wellesley to enable him to pass the necessary Examination for Holy Orders. Should my wife Chatfield Julia Seager die then the whole of the above shall be devoted to the support and education of my son as aforesaid. Should my wife & son as aforesaid both die before the above mentioned property has been exhausted or expended then the residue existing at their death shall become the property of my sisters Mary Elizabeth and Emma in equal shares. Dated this twenty sixth day of August one thousand eight hundred and ninety five (sgd) William Weaver. Signed by the Testator in the joint presence of us, who thereupon signed our names in his and each others presence (sgd) George Henry Field. (Sgd) F. E. Field.
