Last will and Testament
of Jane Warren
of St. John's Spinster Deceased
.

Topsail 5th July 1886. I hereby give any money I may die possessed of to Charles Warren Bowring for his sole use & benefit when he shall attain the age of twenty one until which time I wish it invested in his name in the Savings Bank St. John's Newfoundland. My watches to my sister Ella Louisa Robertson & her daughter Laura. My screen photographs & what jewellery she may select to my sister Laura Bowring and the rest to Edith & Alice Warren daughters of my brother William. Jane E. Warren witness to the signature of Miss Jane Warren G. E. Bowring merchant 7 East India Avenue. Alice Bowring wife of above St. John's January 18th 1888
Codicil to the foregoing will confirming that I wish that after my sister Laura has taken what jewellery she wants the remainder should be equally divided amongst my nieces. Also my debenture to my nephew Charles Bowring. Jane E. Warren.
I certify the foregoing to be a correct copy of the last will and testament of Jane Warren.
