IN RE. DECEASED
GARFIELD WARREN
I, the undersigned residing in Gooseberry Island, Bonavista Bay, Newfoundland, hereby make my last will and testament on May 31st 1930
I bequeath my interest in the local store at Gooseberry Island B.B. to my brother Mr Job Warren on condition that my wife is maintained by him until re-marriage or deceases. Failing his compliance with the above condition I desire my share in the business to be sold and proceeds left to my wife.
I bequeath my house, furniture and personal effects to my wife with the exception of my guns and clothing which I leave to my brother Mr Samuel Warren.
I bequeath all monies to my credit in the Bank of Montreal to my wife
I hereby appoint as executor of this my last will and testament my brother Mr Job Warren.
Signed this thirtieth day of May, Nineteen hundred and thirty
