The last Will and Testament of
William Walshman late of
Shoe Cove, Twillingate, Planter, deceased.

      I William Walshman Planter of Shoe Cove, in the District of Twillingate, Newfoundland do make and declare this to be my last will and Testament, that is to say: -
First I bequeath to my wife Margaret Welshman, all the money which I possess, with the exception of the sum of five dollars which I bequeath to my daughter Sarah Jane Miller.
Second I bequeath my dwelling house and all the furniture and household goods appertaining thereto, equally to my said wife Margaret Welshman and to my son John Thomas Welshman.
Third I bequeath to my said son John Thomas Welshman, all the property which I own. Equally with and in conjunction with my two brothers, Charles Welshman and Elias Welshman.
Fourth My last and most earnest wish is that my said son John Thomas, will be kind and loving toward his mother, comforting and nourishing her in her old age.
In witness whereof I the Testator, have hereunto set my mark and seal this twenty second day of August, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred. William his x mark Welshman. Signed sealed and delivered in the presence of us who (in his presence) at his request, and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses Herbert G. Purchase. Joseph Harding.

      I certify the foregoing to be a correct copy of the last will and Testament of William Welshman
