Will of William Walsh Last Will and Testament of In the name of God Amen. I William
Walsh of
26 Mullock Street do make publish and declare this as and for my last will
and testament.
All the rest residue and remainder of my moneys property and effects I give and bequeath to the Bishop of St. John's for the purposes of the Roman Catholic Church. I do also direct that should any of my nephews or nieces living in the United States dispute or raise any question as to the validity of my will they be paid one British guinea in lieu of all claims they may have or claim to have to my property and no more. I appoint John Murphy to be the executor of this my will. (Sgd) William his x mark Walsh. Signed by the said Testator as and for his last will and Testament in our presence, who in his presence, at his request and in the presence of each other have hereto subscribed our hands as witnesses at St. John's this 21st day of February A.D. 1902. The said will having been first read over and explained to the said testator (sgd) John A. Butler (sgd) James M. Kent. I certify the foregoing to be a correct copy of the last will and Testament of William Walsh deceased D. M. Browning (Listed in the margin next to this will the following)
