Will of William Walsh from Newfoundland will books volume 14 page 142 probate year 1927 In re This is the last Will and testament of William Walsh of Cupids, Conception Bay, Newfoundland. I give devise and bequeath all my real and personal property of every kind and description and wherever situated unto my wife Mary Walsh, while she remains my widow, or until her death should she remain unmarried, all of my property then in her possession, either at remarriage or death, I give absolutely to the Roman Catholic Church. I hereby appoint William Quinlan of Brigus to be the executor of this my will. I hereby revoke all other wills and testamentary dispositions by me at any time heretofore made. In witness whereof, I have set my hand this 21st day of May 1917.
Signed, sealed, published and declared by said William Walsh as and for his
last will and testament in the presence of us present at the same time, who
at his request, in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto
subscribed our names as witnesses to the due execution hereof. CORRECT (Listed in the margin next to this will the following)
