Will of Thomas Walsh In re In the name of God Amen I Thomas
Walsh of Cape Broyle being sick in body but of sound and perfect memory
thanks be to God do make and declare my last will and Testament in manner & Form
following First I bequeath to my beloved sons Thomas & Richard my
waterside Premises to be equally divided between them & I bequeat
to my beloved son Thomas Kitchen Garden, dwelling House Murray’s
Marsh and all my Property to the back Road and my Cattle, But if Richard comes home and wishes to build a house Thomas must
help him, until he has it built also he can at anytime he has an inclination
to live in my dwelling House he can occupy his own Room in said House
until his own house is built Certified correct, (Listed in the margin next to this will the following)
